Mix2r's audio management system uses metadata (metadata basically is just a fancy word for "descriptive information") inside of MP3 files. Because we look at this data, we try to take it from the file when you initially upload the content...and if its not there we ask you to add it. The great thing about us doing it this way is that the metadata gets written into the file, so the next time someone downloads your file, iTunes and other player applications can easily read this track information and display it.
In iTunes, you can edit file metadata before uploading content if you wish. You will only be prompted for a license if you fill in the important stuff before hand. In iTunes, you can bring up track info by selecting the song and pressing Command+i, where command is the "apple" button. On Windows, you can probably right click and select "Get Info", or some such gesture. The screen would look something like this:

Just enter as much info as possible, and save. That's it! The info is embedded inside of your file in a format called "ID3". You can learn more about ID3 at id3.org
