Sorry everyone, we were offline for several hours last night. The reason given to us was that a couple routers failed, providing us the reason for the first 4 hours, and the next 8 hours of downtime was related to incorrect network settings on our main web server. They were the correct settings for the old routers but not the new ones :-)

Its a one in a million thing that a router + its backup crash at the same time...
