If you're like so many other people that upload content to Mix2r.FM, you probably hate the upload experience provided on the site. We're working hard on improving the underlying platform that Mix2r.FM is built on, but in the meantime why not try our super-nifty desktop uploader application. It runs on Windows XP, Vista and of course Mac OS X and is hands-down the best upload experience available for you at Mix2r.FM today.

Steps to install:

  1. Download and Install Adobe AIR
  2. Download the Mix2r.FM Uploader
  4. If your browser prompts you to open the .air file with, click ok... otherwise you can locate it in your downloads directory and double click it to start installation.

This is beta software, so you might encounter bugs. Please report them and any other problems you might be having here and we'll help you out.

THe Air Client Rocks@!!!

I just used it - one quarter the time and hassle and it got no errors. Frigging brilliant. THi keep getting better and better.

How did you maintain sessions across PHP and AiR? Was it hard?

Nope, maintaining state is relatively easy...

Almost automatic, in fact. The secret sauce is in the backend, where I actually bootstrap drupal :-)
